I’m feeling deeply for all of us right now in our human family in the wake of the US elections. This video is an unscripted personal sharing, acknowledging the heightened stress, trauma, heartbreak and fear so many of us are experiencing now. I offer here some suggestions of how we can care for ourselves in the midst of the changing realities and challenges we face as a human family, starting with simple self-regulation practices to ground, center, and shift our nervous system back to a restorative state.
