When a friend recently asked me how to avoid “bad” self-care habits when he’s up against a deadline or feeling really stressed, I knew I had a lot to say about that! So I created a Vital Tips video to share some initial thoughts with you all.

Note: Please know that I’m not typically a fan of calling our habits “good” or “bad” as there tends to be a lot of self-judgment attached to choices that are inherently complex. Yet because this was a specific question that I imagined others could relate to, I kept the language as an entry point to my response.
