Midlife Women: Navigating a Rite of Passage
March 11, 2026 @ 12:00-1:30pm PT | Virtual via Zoom
Midlife brings profound shifts that many women move through quietly and alone. Changes in body, identity, relationships, mood, and meaning can arrive all at once — often without language for what is actually happening.
This free, 90-minute gathering is an orientation to midlife as a developmental and spiritual threshold — not just a collection of symptoms to manage. Together, we’ll explore what this stage of life is asking of you emotionally and inwardly, including the grief, the uncertainty, and the emerging sense of possibility.
Facilitated by Dr. Deborah Zucker, this is a guided conversation, a reflective circle for women who want to understand midlife as a meaningful transition rather than something to simply get through.
You don’t have to navigate this rite of passage alone.
