The 9 Keys to Deep Health, Joyful Self-Care, & Resilient Well-Being

will guide our journey together:

Below is an outline for the topics included in all of the programs, yet shared here in a 10-week format.

Week 1: Mapping Your Vitality
In our introductory session, we’ll get to know one another in our community, take stock of where you’re at in your healing process, set individual intentions and commitments for the weeks ahead, and look deeply at the terrain we’ll be exploring together so that you’ll be better prepared for the journey.
Week 2: Honoring Your Unique Life
One of the key elements of my approach is recognizing that you are the only one who can transform your health and make your life blossom, flourish, and thrive. This realization is rooted in being awake to the precious gift of being alive as you and staying present to your own mortality. Together we’ll explore this deeply empowering position and learn how to become conscious stewards of our own lives.
Week 3: Facing & Embracing Your Shadows
This week we will illuminate the unconscious thought-patterns, assumptions, and other shadow aspects of ourselves that sabotage even our best intentions to change. By exploring these shadows, you will find a surprising capacity to sustain the transformation you seek.
Week 4: Strengthening Your Self-Awareness Muscles
Discover the subtle art of receiving feedback from your body and being. Through engaging in practices with me and your fellow course participants, you will learn to listen more adeptly to what your body needs so that you can become your own best health guide.
Week 5: Cultivating Resilience
Most of us were never taught how to guide ourselves towards actions, attitudes, and practices that support rather than hinder our own vitality. In this week you will be exploring how to cultivate your capacity to direct yourself in more nourishing directions with discernment, skillfulness, and confidence.
Week 6: Aligning With Your "Yes!"
In this week we’ll focus on cultivating a new inner guidance system for life—one that helps you move toward your deepest yearnings and desires (your “Yes!”). You’ll learn to consciously align your life energy with what gives you the best returns, and to let go of those things that are inhibiting your natural and organic blossoming.
Week 7: Experimenting With Playful Curiosity
Health and self-care don’t have to be so serious all the time. This week we’ll explore the playful side of healing, and learn to free ourselves of all of the rights and wrongs, the shoulds and shouldn’ts. Through playful experimentation you’ll cultivate an attitude of curiosity that will give you buoyancy through the many ups and downs of your health journey.
Week 8: Discovering Easeful Discipline
In this week, we’ll explore the fierce, yet compassionate discipline that springs from a dedication to honoring your unique life. Together, we’ll make clear commitments, develop intelligent strategy, and build structures of support that will help you to sustain your health transformation.
Week 9: Inviting Support and Connection
This whole program is designed to build a community of support for you in your health journey that has the potential to last long after the 10 weeks conclude. This week’s focus will be on exploring how to cultivate other avenues of support in your life. You can’t do it alone. We all need each other.
Week 10: Living Like You Matter

In the final week, we’ll look at our own individual health from the biggest possible perspective: Your vitality isn’t just about you. It is the foundation that you need to serve the world. Incorporating this understanding allows you to open more fully to caring for yourself in a way that helps you to better care for the world!
